- Body Mechanics for the Massage Therapist

practical approaches to the use of heat, water, ice, and steam as they relate
to massage therapy.
You will learn the proper use of hot and cold packs, cryotherapy, body
scrubs, salt glows, wet tables, saunas, steam baths, whirlpools, paraffin dips
and herbal wraps.
You will learn through demonstration, hands on practice, personal
instruction and handouts.
- PNF and AIS Stretching Techniques
